How does an organization align to future goals if they can’t get out of their own way today? At SapientNitro, I led the development of a strategy exercise to create a shared vision of our clients’ future. Helping them visualize what their customer experience will be 36 months from now. We call it ThirtySix. The goal of ThirtySix is to bring key stakeholders together to think about the future, brainstorm new opportunities and create a prioritized roadmap to make them real.
It creates a space in a reactive business environment for organizations to pause and think about the future state of their customer. Time to think about how to change their business to meet their customers changing needs. We then create a vision video that brings this future customer state to life. I’ve seen first hand, how these shared visions make believers in an organization and how those believers make change.
